
About David Calfee
Mr. Calfee is an experienced litigator who specializes in family law and criminal defense. During Mr. Calfee’s 15+ years of legal practice he has successfully litigated hundreds of cases across the courts in southeast Tennessee. His practice further encompasses issues pertaining to personal injury and probate proceedings. In addition to being a skilled litigator and trusted advisor to many clients, Mr. Calfee serves as the Municipal Judge for the City of Benton and has held this position since 2011.
Mr. Calfee is a 2006 graduate of the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphrey’s School of Law and a member of the Bradley County Bar Association. He is a member of the Tennessee Municipal Judges Conference where he also serves on the education committee. Mr. Calfee is married to Camille McGill and has a stepson, Clayton McGill.
