About Daniel W. Clanton
Mr. Clanton is an experienced general practice attorney who focuses predominantly in the fields of estate planning, incapacity planning, will and trust litigation, estate administration and probate. Mr. Clanton is also a litigator who handles a wide range of general civil litigation matters.
Mr. Clanton is a native of Bradley County, Tennessee, and graduate of Cleveland High School. Mr. Clanton graduated with honors from Lee University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. He then went on to obtain his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the Nashville School of Law where he was honored to serve as the commencement speaker for his graduating class.
Mr. Clanton is licensed to practice before the State and Federal Courts, including the Tennessee Supreme Court and the United States Districts Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Tennessee. His professional affiliations include memberships in the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, and Bradley County Bar Association.
